Before Perch puts anyone forward, it builds a considered picture of who you are, what draws you in, and what you are genuinely looking for. That groundwork is what lets the first introduction be a good one rather than a guess.

Curate
That picture drives the matching model. The people you meet are well suited from the first day — selected deliberately, in small numbers, rather than dealt out at random and left to you to sort through.

Refine
After each introduction you tell Perch what worked and what did not. The model takes that feedback, learns from it, and sharpens everything it sends you next. The longer you use Perch, the better it reads you.
